Welcome to MIT Sloan’s veterans club website

The goal of the veterans club is to:

• Provide prospective veteran students of ANY nation with assistance applying to MIT Sloan
• Provide current veteran students with career development, networking opportunities, job search assistance and community support to veterans and their families
• Maintain contact with the extensive MIT veterans alumni network throughout the world
• Raise awareness and support for the military across the MIT campus

Background

MIT’s history is intertwined with the military’s. From the development of computers, radar, and inertial guidance during World War II, to the creation of air defense systems and the internet in modern times, MIT students and professors have been at the forefront of new technology. The MIT Sloan Veterans Association encompasses and welcomes military veterans of all  services from many different countries. Building on the strong foundation of leadership veterans develop in the military, we hope to work together as a  team to propel veterans to new heights in their business careers.
